Server that you going to built should have a static IP and the Primary DNS should be the IP of the First DC
Click Start, and then click Run.

In Run, type dcpromo.

The Active Directory Installation Wizard appears at the screen, click Next.
select Additional domain controller for an existing domain. Click Next.

Enter the username and password of DC.select the domain name

Uncheck the DNS server and Global Catalog (Database)
